[dsdl-comment] NVDL typo

Section 7.2 after example 1

Currently reads:

The second element section corresponds to esn1. It has no element slot nodes.
    <{http://www.example.com/two}foo11 [cx1]></>

I think it should be

The second element section corresponds to esn1. It has no element slot nodes.
    <{http://www.example.com/two}foo1.1 [cx1]></>

The element local-name is in error.
