[dsdl-comment] Ballots and ballot resolutions

A reminder to all those responsible for balloting WG1 standards - this is
the week you have to get your ballots in.

Which reminds me that I need to start circulating a draft agenda for the
Kyoto meeting this week as well. Attached is my first stab. What have I
missed? What else do you want to talk about. What do we do on the second
day? Who will be there, and who would like to join and when via Skype if we
have Internet access?
