There is also the version at
http://www.unicode.org/Public/MAPPINGS/VENDORS/MISC/SGML.TXT , which
I was the last to touch back in 1997; it was based on the Unicode 1.0
version at http://www.unicode.org/Public/MAPPINGS/OBSOLETE/UNI2SGML.TXT ,
which dates back to 1996. All of these should be folded together.
