[dsdl-comment] Request for MIME media types

I have had a request from Graheme Grieve, who says he is working with
HL7 documents, for a standard MIME media content type for Schematron.

This should be
  application/schematron+xml

I suppose it might be useful to include something (in Part 1?) giving
preferred MIME types, made according to the RFC pattern.

Something for WG1?
