[dsdl-comment] Re: Comments on part 5 (DTLL)

Ah, while looking through the archives (to see if my message had
arrived) I see there is a later draft:

Some of the issues mentioned in the last message don't apply to this new
draft although the main comment (over reliance on xpath 1) does.
possibly I'll review the newer draft another day...
