[dsdl-comment] Please start ballots

Dear project editors,

In Kyoto, we have agreed to start ballots for several
parts of DSDL. The list of the expected ballots
is shown below:

FDAM ballot for TR 9573-11:2004/Amd 1 2008 January
FCD ballot for 19757-1 2008 January
FCD ballot for 19757-5 2008 January
FCD ballot for 19757-6 2008 March
FCD ballot for 19757-7 2008 January
FDIS ballot for 19757-8 2008 January
FDIS ballot for 19757-9 2008 January

However, if you have a look at the list of open ballots
(available at http://lucia.itscj.ipsj.or.jp/itscj/servlets/ScmBlt10a?Com_Id=34),
we have only started the FCD ballot for 19757-7.

Please start the ballots. If you do not think you can prepare
the FCDs or FDISs soon, please let me know.

By the way, DCOR ballots for RELAX NG and NVDL recently succeeded.
