[dsdl-comment] Re: Please start ballots

Please find attached a draft for ISO DSDL Part 6. It is a very small
standard, and most of it is the STXPath section (and data model section)
from STX with only minimal changes required.

This ZIP file has

 1) XML version of the spec, without the STXPath annex.
 2) HTML version of the spec, without the STXPath annex.
 3) HTML version of the STXPath annex.

The steps that need to be taken next are:

 1) WG1 agrees to the approach in the spec
 2) STX editor agrees that the STX subset in the STXPath annex is correct.
(I have done this based on his comments, so I expect no problem.)
 3) Convert STXPath into standard ISO format for spec.
 4) Double-check boilerplate, typeset to ISO paper format
