This is a religous topic. Some people would aruge otherwise,
and insist that the media type detached from the data is not
reliable. But you do have a point.

BTW, the media type for RELAX NG compact syntax is
application/relax-ng-compact-syntax. See
http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/application/relax-ng-compact-syntax

No specialized media types have been registered for them. So, we have
to use application/xml.
