U+000D (CARRIAGE RETURN) is consistently mis-spelled as U+000D (CARIIAGE
RETURN).

2)
NOTE 1 XML documents cannot contain C0 control functions other than U+0009
(CHARACTER TABULATION), U+000A
(LINE FEED), and U+000D (CARIIAGE RETURN).
This note should probably mention XML 1.1, (in which only NULL #0 can not be
represented of the C0 control functions)
If XML 1.1 is being use, may a CREPDL scheme reference #1 for example? The
current wording would seem to imply not, but if someone is using XML 1.1,
then it might make sense to allow constraints on the C0 block as far as
possible.
3)
The document references [4] XQuery in relation to regex syntax but the
Xquery regex syntax (which is shared with xpath and xslt) is not specified
in the document referenced at [4] but in the F&O document
