Well, the one I said. Almost all XSLT processers and both the SAX and
.NET APIs allow you to register entity resolvers, which take an IRI and
return a data source.
In order to make DSRL ubquitous all that we need to do is make sure that
all the validators and processors use the DSRL resolver.
For example, the idea would be to get the DSRL resolution added to Norm
Walsh's OASIS XML Catalog resolver.
