[dsdl-discuss] Framework

I have updated the wiki page about "part 1 - framework" with a list of
related technologies and have created a first page to try to define what
the requirements are:

(btw, I'd advise showing the hierarchy of the documents in their names.
that's *not* required by the wiki but that makes our life easier)

These are really first thoughts on the subject and I feel like you are
my "customers" do define the requirements!

Please feel free to provide feedback either by editing the wiki web (you
can add new lines mentioning your name, for example:

[eric] I think that this is rubbish

Using "[eric]" means that this will be displayed as a link to a page
where I can explain who I am...

or through this discussion list.

Alternatively, I have setup an IRC server and gateway which we can use
to discuss specific points (I have found on other projects that IRC is
almost as good as face to face for some discussions).

PS: I have also implemented a daily update with a list of updated pages
(when there has been at least one) an the first one should be sent this
night on this list.
