It's relying on oasis-open.org for hosting its specification, but the
namespace URI is http://relaxng.org/ns/structure/1.0 (btw, I have just

That's not as fancy to use as http://relaxng.org/ns/structure/1.0 but I
am afraid we would better use urns (unless there was a policy to use a
URL with an ISO domain) to identify our namespaces. This would clearly
show a "stamp" from the ISO.
