This is one of the problems I have with the Relax NG spec. We could have a
URI that begins:
http://www.jtc1.org/sc34/DSDL/
given that JTC1 has its own website, and this has a simpler to manage
interface than ISO, or we could try to use one based on the complex ISO web
site, which would have to take something along the form of:
http://www.iso.ch/iso/en/stdsdevelopment/tc/tclist/jtc1/sc34/DSDL/
Alternatively we could invent a "simple ISO syntax" based on the 8879 fpis,
such as:
http://www.iso.ch/ISO 12345-2002 DSDL/
