I would like a new namespace for ISO Schematron too.
I don't think it is prudent to have a dependency on a third party
for an ISO spec. And I would like to have a URL that can have
a nice RDDL directory at its end.
In any case, it is not
impossible that China will invade or unite with Taiwan sometime: China has
recently started calling an institution there "Academia Sinica" (the original
Academia Sinica was started in mainland China in the 1920s and moved to
Taiwan with the Kuang-min-tang.) Academia Sinica Computing Centre
has been very kind to host Schematron so far.

What is the mra?
It would be better if we could get ISO to make two
directories is/ and tr/ which are guaranteed to be permanent and
which don't hold the actual specs themselves but introductory material
such as RDDL material (such as links to the final committee drafts!)
That gives:
http://www.iso-standards.org/is/19757/dsdl
http://www.iso-standards.org/is/19757/dsdl/relax_ng
http://www.iso-standards.org/is/19757/dsdl/schematron
Cheers
