[dsdl-discuss] Rick's July strawman for DSDL framework

My approach/strawman for the DSDL framework is available
for private circulation and stimulation at

It combines XML Pipelines with Schematron's framwork.

It supports validation of complex values, progressive
validation, parameter passing to schemas, and useless-validation
protection. It can easily be compiled into shell scripts, and
converted into diagrams, I expect.
