Thanks for drawing my attention to this. That appears to get you off the
hook ... however, if you haven't done so, it may be appropriate to
cross-check with the JTC1 Directives, which impose additional requirements
upon SCs drafting standards that make normative references to documents
(Reference Specifications) not published by ISO, EIC or ITU. See Annex N of
the JTC1 Directives. These Directives are currently being revised by JTC1 -
revised text available as J1N6746.
