Are they still part of ebXML? (Of course, I am not
asking this because of supporting ebXML per se,
but to support publishing with docuents containing
ebXML fragments or idioms.)
ebXML use measure, which is a decimal number qualified by a separate
attribute for units. However, this does not deal with some industrial
measurements, but deals with most.
