An update of my strawman/approach Framework is available at
     http://www.topologi.com/public/DSDLframework.pdf

New:

1) What is validity?

2) If a selector produces nothing, what happens?

3) The example is improved by showing a sample document through the pipeline.

4) Clarification that datatyping occurrs at a level below the schema
language rather than requiring any new schema languages: so we make do
with RELAX NG's datatyping factilities, or Schematron, or XSD or
whatever is provided by super DTDs.

5) Some suggestions for selectors/tokenizers

Congratulations to Eric on release of an implementation of Regular Fragmentations
in Python. That makes two implementations, with Simon StL's Java implementation.

Cheers
Rick
