Excellent.

Yes, my model is definitely that the framework document would be
transformed or interpreted by some existing framework (ANT, shell,
XNI, XML Pipeline, etc) rather than being implemented directly.

If it is not in a <pattern> element, please don't use the Schematron namespace,
but please feel free to use the same names :-)
