[dsdl-discuss] Usage: value versus information item

Just to comment that WXS has perhaps a little problem with its
type derivation system, that it confuses values and containers
to some extent.

Complex types are containers, but simple types are values.

I believe they have some way around this, but it is a nice trap
we should avoid. (I think this was one of Elliot Kimber's pet peeves.)
