[dsdl-discuss] Re: Is SGML in scope for DSDL?

After reading recent messages, it seems to me that what's needed most is some real usecases for the putative Part 9, - not technical suggestions, but user-level requirements *provided by DTD users who like DTDs or have good business reasons to use DTDs*.

I'll see if I can rustle up some stuff - no promises on timescale.
