It seems odd that 3.4 (and the definitions) refer to RELAX Core components,
but all the subsequent text refers to RELAX NG. Given that it is RELAX NG
that is the main player why are the concepts in 3.4 not defined using RELAX
NG? Somewhere or another the link between this part and part 2 needs to be
explicitly spelt out.
