Hi folks,
I promised in Baltimore to let you know when I had reviewed my SGML to XML
Python environment for possible use in Part 1. I found that SX didn't
preserve SDATA entities or other aspects of the internal declaration subset
that could be detected from the NSGMLS report.
The latest version of N2X is now up in the "Free Resources" section of our
web site. SDATA entity replacements can be specified in an XML file to a
program that synthesizes the Python import file imported by the program
that does the transformation.
Please let me know what other features you would like to see in N2X to fit
into the DSDL framework.
Thanks!
................. Ken
