Eric, if "outie" incorporates all MNS features, it will
become extremely complicated. I thus think that Part 1 should not try
to incorporate multi-result transformations. Rather, I would like
Part 4 to reference to transformation operations (<transform>) or
frameworks (<framework>) of xvif and also would like Part 1 to
reference to MNS descriptions. I will e-mail more about this tomorrow.
