[dsdl-discuss] Fw: Datatypes for DTDs

Charles Goldfarb has submitted the attached version of the DT4DTD
specification developed for the XML Handbook for consideration as a possible
candidate for Part 5 of the DSDL specificaiton. As it is only a short 2pp
paper I will add its consideration to the provisionsal agenda for the
meeting.
