Good find!

The other input worth considering is Martin Duerst's http://www.w3.org/TR/charcol/
which seems to have dropped off the W3C website index. Coincedentally,
I emailed Martin yesterday to notify him I wanted to submit charcol as an input for
the character repertoire language.

is the case is it still necessary that I do a proposal as promissed in
