I'm also interested in the location of the latest stylesheet for
formatting. I found only link to http://dsdl.org/private/is-20021027.zip
on http://wiki.dsdl.org/?ISEdit

This stylesheet doesn't support all elements used in the document.
However after adding some templates I made PDF available for reading

http://www.kosek.cz/temp/schematron-is.pdf

but may be there is more up-to-date stylesheet somewhere which I didn't
know as I'm new to this group.
