Corrected. You can grab new version from the same URL as my first
formatting attempt.

I have used XEP. You can specify multiple font-families in font-family
property and if font-selection-strategy is set to character-by-character
value, XEP can substitute glyphs missing in the first specified font
with characters from other fonts in the list. I'm not sure whether FOP
supports this.
