I heard from Komachi-san that the FDIS ballot for RELAX NG has not started yet.
It appears that JTC1 is still waiting for our input.

Martin, please contact ISO editors and instruct them to use
the PDF file James created for the FDIS ballot. As for the XML representation
of the IS text, we can talk again in December.
