Martin,

I think that the easiest solution is to use the attachment
of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC34 N0320, which is available at

http://www.y12.doe.gov/sgml/sc34/document/0362_files/relaxng-is.pdf

The list of DSDL parts in this PDF file needs to be revised, but we
can revise it when we create the final IS text.

Please ask the ISO editors to use this PDF file and also show the XML
file (http://www.y12.doe.gov/sgml/sc34/document/0362_files/relaxng-is.xml).
There are no RTF documents or MS Word documents. The XML document
was created with text editors rather than XML-aware editors. The PDF file
was created by first converting the XML document to an XSL-FO document
by an XSLT stylesheet and then converting XSL-FO document to the PDF
file by Antenna House XSL Formatter (http://www.antennahouse.com/).

James gave me all files, but I do not have the license to use the
XSL formatter (Antenna House). I can create a PDF file by a trial
version of this formatter, but such a PDF file will contain the Antenna House
logo.

Cheers,
