[dsdl-discuss] Fw: Room for 40 people

Ken Holman has proposed the following for the European meeting of WG1 in
April, in view of the fact we are unable to get a room for Saturday:

> I'm thinking that we have working group meetings on Sunday, opening
plenary
> either Sunday evening (preferred) or Monday morning, working group
meetings
> Monday and Tuesday, and closing plenary Tuesday evening.

At present the situation re room is:

> We have one room to share on Sunday and Monday, and we have two rooms on
> Tuesday. If we only need one room on Tuesday and can share again, then we
> may be able to save IDEAlliance some money.

Ken needs to know our requirements re rooms asap. Can you let me know as a
matter of urgency:

a) Whether or not you intend to come to the WG1 meeting in Amsterdam

b) If you can attend a working group meeting on the Sunday, Monday or
Tuesday.

Once I know who's coming, and what room space we can obtain, I'll be back to
ask for agenda items for the meeting, so please be thinking about what we
should be discussing over the next week or two.
