Sure, what I meant is that we don't have to tie DSDL at large to XSLT at
all since it's not a "XML core specification" : some DSDL parts (such as
part 3) may have dependencies to XSLT, but other (such as part 2 or part
4) have no dependencies to XSLT and I thin that it should be left to
each part to decide which dependencies they have to non core XML
standards.
