Many thanks for this. Electronic review of this should now be undertaken by
all WG1 members. I'll add it to the document register in Amsterdam, and
allocate a response time for national bodies at that stage.

I have a set of Ken's pretty printing rules, but they are for the ISO DTD,
not James' version. Will see what is needed to convert from one to the other
over the Easter weekend.

Sigh, IE6 didn't like the CSS .... reading run on-text is harder than
reading XML.
