I will add an extra paragraph to clarify Erik comments:
I should send that tonight or Monday.

Ditto part 3--I need to nail down Murara-san's library/include
issue--with particular apologies to the UK and Japanese bodies who
require longer read-time.

Also, I will not be able to make it to Amsterdam, but I should have more
time now to complete the editor's job for Part 3 and 7, so please don't
dump me because of my lateness, if possible!
