We won't fire you, I promise, but my concern is to keep within the ISO rules
for retaining projects on which there has been no visible activity for two
years. I need something that I can distribute re Part 3 to keep the wheels
turning.
Re Part 8, is there a document we can cite as our planned "starting point"
for writing this part. If so I can quote that to ISO and say we are awaiting
input from NIST. (As a recognized standardization body I can probably get
away with that, whereas saying I'm waiting from input from an editor is
harder!)
