Not had time to proof-read Part 3, or to check the changes for Part 7, but
have quickly run off PDF versions of the files, after changing the list of
part titles, etc, so we have something that can be submitted to ISO next
weekend. I don't promise to have much time between now and then, but if you
let me know of any problems with the symbols required for Part 3, etc, I'll
see whether I can hand-craft a solution with Ken's help in Amsterdam.
