[dsdl-discuss] Part 8

Please find attached a first draft for Part 8.

Like all the parts that have been submitted since the deadline for the
Amsterdam meeting (Parts 1, 3, 4, 7 and 8) this part is now out for
electronic review by the working group until 20th May. After that a final
version of the document will be submitted to ISO for a 3 month review by
national bodies. In the case of Part 8 this will be for review as a Working
Draft; for the other parts review will be as a CD. (I have been told there
is now no Final CD stage, only CD, DIS and FDIS, and none of our parts are
sufficiently cooked/discussed to go on to DIS at this stage.)
