Indeed ... and I do not have the same materials as I had with the 4th
edition, such as the revised status matrix.

I've revised the status matrix to show five stages instead of the former 6,
but I've kept the sub-stages since I do not have any guidance on the
numbers for these.

Hopefully it is now in (sufficient) alignment.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, Francis ... please, everyone, let
me know when you see anomalies from our committee report to your
