Indeed ... and I do not have the same materials as I had with the 4th
edition, such as the revised status matrix.

I've revised the status matrix to show five stages instead of the former 6,
but I've kept the sub-stages since I do not have any guidance on the
numbers for these.

Hopefully it is now in (sufficient) alignment.
