I was not intending to go to XInclude, but just borrow relax ng's
include (in schematron's namespace). There is no point burdoning
people with extra namespaces for built-in functions.

I hope to have this version out Monday-ish, with 100% complete text.

What is the preferred format for vector graphics: is embedded PDF
acceptable?
