[dsdl-discuss] Which work of SC2 and SC22?

I am puzzled by the following paragraph.

>Keld Simonsen asked that WG1 review the relationship between DSDL standards
>and the work being done on character repertoire specification in SC2 and SC22,
>where language-specific sets of characters are being defined as part of locale
>definition standards.

Does this mention Annex A of TR 10176 (Recommended extended repertoire for
user-defined identifier)? Or, does it mention some CJK subset such as this
proposal from Japan?

I am likely to be mistaken. Pointers to relevant works are very welcome.

Cheers,
