[dsdl-discuss] Thanks to Martin for his hard work, especially with setting Schematron

Very heartful thanks to Martin for all his hard word, especially for
getting the Schematron CD typeset.

Please note that there are two editorial corrections for that draft:
 1) The corrections that Martin made last time (fixing the names of
other parts, and getting all
  the logic symbols in particular "for each") to print have been lost:
my fault, I had to
  make the final edits at home.
 2) The RELAX NG schema needs to be generated from the compact syntax form.
