I spent ages sorting out the "For each" symbols. Did I miss something. Sorry
not to pick up the fact you had the old foreword still. That's the problem
with putting docs in at the last minute, instead of giving me adequate time
to proof and check them :-(

form.

You can always suggest that as an Aussie comment on the ballot, and then get
it rejected by the rest of us so we have an on-record reason for not
publishing it.
