There's a draft of this ready to go. Of course, I hurriedly cranked out some
HTML before realising (as I should) that Eric had done it properly and
derived his pages from XML masters - but perhaps we could go ahead with the
HTML for the moment since time is the resource in shortest supply ...
Eric - please confirm and I'll send the amended page, etc. over for hosting.
