Sure. The CVS repository can be browsed online at http://cvs.dsdl.org/
and you'll find there the source document (index.xml), the makefile
(Makefile) and the XSLT transformation (xhtml2html.xsl).

I can do it, but if you have a CVS client available, I can also create
an account for you and you'll be able to perform the updates by
yourself.
