I have created http://purl.oclc.org/dsdl/. At present, it does not
reference to any files, but http://purl.oclc.org/dsdl/nvdl/ references
to http://www.asahi-net.or.jp/~eb2m-mrt/nvdl/, which contains an empty
HTML file.
You can create a subdomain of the purl domain http://purl.oclc.org/dsdl/.
To do so, you first need your account at http://purl.oclc.org/ and
then join the DSDL group. Please let me know if you would like to
join this group after you create an account.
Cheers,
Makoto

Subject: PURL Domain Request
/DSDL:MAKOTO:MAKOTO:This top-level domain is used for namespace URIs for
ISO/IEC 19757 Document Schema Definition Languages
Justification:
This top-level domain is used for namespace URIs for ISO/IEC 19757 Document
Schema Definition Languages. Since DSDL is
a multi-part standard of ISO/IEC, I believe that a top-level
domain for DSDL makes a lot of sense.
