[dsdl-discuss] Part 8: Document Schema Renaming Language - DSRL

Attached you will find a rewrite of Part 8, based on the discussions held in
Cambridge in September. As a result of the rewrite a number of new questions
were raised, as listed on the last page of the PDF file. I would hope that
we would have time to discuss these electronically between now and the
Washington meeting next month, and to come to some resolution of how best to
answer them in Washington. Once the questions are answered I will try to
complete the formal definitions in Annex A and provide some examples of how
these declarations could be processed using XSLT and XForms in Annex B.
