The attched files describe the syntax of Part 7 schemas.
It uses a mixture of XML Schema Part 2 (Second Edition) and
Character Collections for the WWW.
The bare minimum version does not support kernel-and-hull,
but the kernel-and-hull version does.
Neither versions support graphemes, since XML Schema Part 2
does not support them. We can certainly introduce our own
extension for supporting graphmes, but we then run this
risk of future incompatibilities with XML Schema Part 2.
One could certainly request more features such as graphemes and
IANA charsets (which I still oppose to). However, I think that
even the bare minimum is enough to declare a victory.
