[dsdl-discuss] New version of Part 8

Please find attached a new version of Part 8 with the changes requested
at this weekend's meeting, including examples of all retained elements
and a first stab at an RNC definition of the elements. This latter has
not been validated and is almost certainly inaccurate as I have yet to
work out how to do some of the things I want to do (see the comments
associated with the annex, and those in the text. Any suggestions for
improving the schemas would be gratefully received.
