Since you have the precise list details in mind, I suggest you do this so the wording is correct.

I propose we then announce (on at least XML-DEV) the opening of the lists and invite participation. My impression from Washington and elsewhere is that there is a lot of goodwill towards DSDL - if only we could convert that into more active participation ...

Since everyone seems to agree, shouldn't we update our home page to reflect that? Alex, do you want me to do so or do you prefer to do it by yourself?
