[dsdl-discuss] Part 2 DAM

The attached document represents what I believe is the DAM (Draft Amendment)
we should submit to ISO for publication for the Compact Syntax. You will
note that this draft contains a reference to the formal definition of the
syntax as published by ISO. Otherwise the only change I have made to the
PDAM is to remove the duplicated "before" in the last para of C5.4 and to
change the format of the headers, etc

Does anyone remember any other change we thought should be made? Can you
suggest any improvement to the document formatting?
